Statutory and Tax Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our European Statutory and Taxation Accounting Team. This role will be responsible for preparation of statutory financial statements, external audit, direct tax accounting, reporting and compliance, relationships and interactions with authorities. This position will serve as a key contact for local finance professionals within Ecolab and our external advisors. What You Will Do: - Prepare annual statutory financial statements and support the external statutory audit process for European entities - Aided by external tax service provider and in coordination with the Global Tax Reporting team - deliver income tax accounting and reporting as well as annual tax returns - Gather additional tax and statutory information as required by various departments - Responsible for income tax payments and related accounts - Assist with interactions with authorities in coordination with local teams - Partner with other members of the Finance Organization (Transfer Pricing, Planning & Analysis, GL Accounting, Treasury, Legal Department, others) and with external advisors to ensure new accounting, business, statutory or tax developments are pr...
