Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in program management. - 5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports. - 5 years of experience with project management in the telecom or data center infrastructure space. Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects. - Experience in data center operations. - Experience working in complex organizational settings (e.g., shared accountability, geographic dispersion, ambiguity, etc.). - Familiarity with data center, networking, or telecom operations - Excellent quantitative, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
