Internal Posting Ends 04/17/2026 04:00PM Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, while following all safety procedures, production processes, and company policies. - Supports assembly operators in achieving company goals of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. - Assembles components and sub-components, which includes manual or automated operation of machinery or tools. - Performs and/or validates first-piece and in-process quality inspections. - Understands all aspects of exhaust production processes, in order to provide assistance in training assembly operators in their assigned responsibilities. - Verifies that required production documentation/paperwork is completed accurately and timely. - Visually inspects and tests finished parts to ensure they have been correctly assembled according to quality specifications. - Operates equipment safely and effectively for production. - Performs regular equipment 5S to ensure production tooling and equipment are being maintained. - Works under the guidance of supervisor to perform and complete assigned duties in a timely manner. - Gives instructions and assigns tasks to assembly opera...
