Position Overview The Director of Career Services provides leadership and strategic direction for all career services operations, ensuring strong job placement outcomes for graduates. This role oversees daily department functions, drives employer partnerships, and ensures compliance with institutional and accreditation standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Career Services department Ensure all students receive effective job placement support, including pre-graduation preparation Meet or exceed placement benchmarks through strong execution of policies, procedures, and job development efforts Track, analyze, and leverage student data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement Monitor program effectiveness and implement enhancements to improve outcomes Plan and lead career-related events, employer visits, and hiring initiatives Organize and participate in Program Advisory Committee (PAC) meetings Build and maintain relationships with employers to expand job opportunities for graduates Oversee job placement activities and outcomes for student cohorts Ensure accurate and compliant recordkeeping for all student and graduate emp...
