Responsibilities: Intake Assessment: Provides first response assistance to trouble calls, makes preliminary assessment of problems, facilitates needed adjustments or repairs utilizing internal and external resources as required. Performs work of average to considerable difficulty in the journey-level performance of building maintenance. Equipment Maintenance: Inspects, identifies and corrects facility, equipment and system problems to maintain properties and equipment in safe condition, prevent degradation of property and systems, and prevent failures that would cause reduction in service.
