Parkerville Children and Youth Care is looking for an experienced, values-led leader who is passionate about culture, community and strengthening practice to join us as Cultural Practice Manager. This is an identified Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander position This is a full-time role, based across our Midland, Burswood and Armadale sites, with travel across metropolitan services as required. This role works across teams, programs and leaders to strengthen culturally safe, trauma-informed and reflective practice across Community Services. About the Role: As Cultural Practice Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening practice capability and embedding culturally responsive, therapeutic and child-safe approaches across the organisation. You will work closely with operational leaders and multidisciplinary teams to provide specialist advice, reflective support and practice guidance that improves outcomes for children, young people and families impacted by trauma and adversity.
