Job description

As Compliance Data Methodology Specialist , you will lead the AI strategy, implementation, and advisory capability within the Compliance division. Reporting to the Data Methodology Lead in Compliance, this senior expert role sits at the intersection of compliance risk expertise and advanced AI/ML technology. You will advise the Compliance division on how to responsibly adopt, scale, and govern AI, while helping the bank identify, mitigate and prevent AI-related risks. Acting as the primary bridge between domain experts and technical teams, you will enable scalable AI solutions that strengthen compliance processes, improve efficiency and meet evolving regulatory expectations. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategy, delivery, and governance. You will design and build AI solutions yourself, shape the AI roadmap for Compliance, advise senior stakeholders, and play a key role in how ING applies AI in a regulated environment.
