Job Overview: The Sr. Director of Site Performance is accountable for monitoring, optimizing, and impacting the site performance by leveraging real-time data and insights. Additionally, they will be responsible to enhance and monitor our QA process (working closely with Marketing, Technology, and Merchandising) and devise solutions for continuous improvement, ultimately boosting traffic and performance. They will work closely with the Product and UX/UI teams to identify and prioritize necessary changes for enhancing site performance.
