Job DetailsJob Location: NPS - Foxborough, MA 02035Position Type: Part TimeEducation Level: High School Diploma or EquivalentSalary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 Hourly SUMMARY: The primary duty of the Club Server position is to interact with patrons by receiving, processing, and/or facilitating orders on Point of Sale (POS) devices. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcome patrons as they arrive. Accept and process orders for patrons on Point of Sale (POS) device. Relay orders to kitchen in a timely manner. Assemble orders and serve to patrons. As needed, assist patrons with carrying purchased items to tables. Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and ensure an exemplary overall experience. Monitor and maintain proper product availability to include serving ware, condiments, and other guest requests. Adhere to basic food safety and sanitation guidelines. Make sure all equipment is working and report any issues to management.
