About The Role: We’re seeking freelance Performance Art Director Consultants to join our talent collective and support a range of clients across industries. This role is ideal for creative leaders who can concept and execute high-performing ad creative that drives measurable results across paid channels. Projects may include developing performance creative strategies, leading creative production, iterating on ad concepts, and collaborating closely with growth and paid media teams. Contract engagements typically range from 10–40 hours per week.
