Description Help end hunger in New Hampshire. The New Hampshire Food Bank is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a SNAP Outreach & Application Assistance Coordinator. This role assists the SNAP Outreach and Application Assistance Team in the implementation of the SNAP Outreach Plan for the state of New Hampshire to increase access of the federal food assistance program, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), to eligible NH residents.
