- Parramatta - Temporary - Full-Time (35 HPW), up to 24 months - Chief Superintendent, base salary ($137,207 - $141,293), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading Your role: This role will manage and lead the daily operations of the NSW Sheriff and Justice Academy to support the training needs of the NSW Sheriff’s Office, and internal/external business areas who are clients of the NSW Sheriff and Justice Academy. What you’ll do: Leading the team, you will be responsible for: - Ensuring the efficient delivery of training and assessment services to the Sheriff’s Office and internal/external client groups of the NSW Sheriff and Justice Academy. - Manage the day-to-day activities of the NSW Sheriff and Justice Academy, the NSW Sheriff’s Office Registered Training Organisation, including the design, development and implementation of the Sheriff’s Office training curriculum and any associated training programs offered by the NSW Sheriff and Justice Academy. - Maintain knowledge and currency of compliance requirements for Registered Training Organisations outlined by the Australian Skills Quality Authority initiating any changes or recommendations as require...
