What You’ll Do: - Drive machining excellence by developing, documenting, and improving CNC processes, tooling, fixtures, and programs (Esprit CAM). - Support new product launches through process validation, verification, and creation of complete fabrication data packages. - Troubleshoot machining issues, support MRB activities, and implement corrective and preventive actions. - Review engineering drawings for manufacturability and cost‑reduction opportunities. - Lead programming efforts and contribute to Lean initiatives, including SMED and Poka‑Yoke. - Collaborate across shifts to resolve technical and workflow challenges. - Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA QSR).
