Position Title: Experienced Memory Device/Bitcell Engineer Salary: $149,465-$210,000/year: Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Location: 400 Stonebreak Road Extension, Malta, NY 12020 Summary of Duties: Optimize and develop device and processes to lead to device characterization. Perform specialized design and develop devices, understands the process integration that leads to device characterization. Optimize devices by understanding the semiconductor device physics, and device manufacturing process associated. Conduct various analytical and physics-based models and or process integration methods. Work on device engineering. Enable new features with efficiency for new technologies, features, or device introduction. Work on semiconductor memory design, a specialized field that focuses on developing efficient, high-performance, and reliable memory technologies for computing and electronic devices. Develop modern digital systems, enabling data storage and retrieval.
