Job Description: Job Purpose The Field Sales Representative is responsible for implementing and executing Mars Brand, Category, and Customer strategies in local stores to drive Total Mars Petcare NSV, volume, and profitability. By ensuring Excellence in Execution, the Sales Rep maximizes sales of Mars brands while simultaneously growing the total category and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position will be assigned to the district of region Northern Jutland. This role requires proactive relationship-building with store managers and key decision-makers to become a trusted partner. The Sales Rep leverages data-driven insights to optimize product availability, visibility, and promotions, ensuring best-in-class execution that meets both Mars’ and the retailer’s objectives.
