Essential Functions: - Reviews and oversees daily, monthly, and yearly procedures of the finance department that ensure financial transactions are timely, accurate, and complete - Oversees the Staff Accountant and AP Representative’s scope of work and provides coaching and training as needed - Creates, maintains, and monitors daily cash flow - Reviews and approves all check runs - Completes daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries, cash receipts, and A/R invoices in the financial system - Creates and maintains monthly, quarterly, and yearly schedules for financial analysis and reporting - Prepares and analyzes monthly account reconciliations identified on the reconciliation schedule to ensure proper process and pro...
