Supervisor, Production Status: Exempt (Salaried): Department: Manufacturing: Position Summary: The Production Supervisor directs the workflow of the manufacturing team to ensure that assembly processes are completed timely and with the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a thorough knowledge of manufacturing best practices along with strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences and stakeholders. The Production Supervisor must be prepared to adapt to the changing needs of a fast-paced manufacturing environment while coaching his/her team to success. The Production Supervisor position is expected to represent Plug Power with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity at all times.
