Description: This is an entry-level position responsible for supporting Softgel Operations, including equipment cleaning, spreading Softgel capsules on trays, and operating the Softgel drying tunnel. The role requires adherence to departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and is performed under close supervision. Schedule: 2nd Shift - 3:30pm - 12:00am Monday to Friday Essential Functions: - Evenly spreads Softgel capsules onto trays to ensure optimal drying. Maintains an adequate supply of tray paper and empty trays at the rear of the dryer to support continuous operations.er. - Cleans and maintains processing equipment, tools, and production areas in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensures all clean rooms and process areas remain organized, tidy, and compliant with established cleanliness and hygiene standards. - Notifies machine operators of any poor-quality Softgel observed from the drying baskets or any issues related to malfunctioning machine components. - Assists the machine operator by checking the temperature of medicine or gelatin as needed.
