As the Head of Total Rewards & HR Operations, you are the architect of our talent incentive ecosystem. You will own the global strategy for compensation, benefits, equity, payroll, mobility, and HR systems. What You’ll Do: - Architect the Strategy: Define and evolve a multi-year global rewards philosophy that balances market competitiveness with SeatGeek’s unique culture - Partner with executives & the Board: Act as a key advisor to the CEO, CFO, and CHRO.
