As the Head of Total Rewards & HR Operations, you are the architect of our talent incentive ecosystem. You will own the global strategy for compensation, benefits, equity, payroll, mobility, and HR systems. You'll report directly to our Chief People Officer. What You’ll Do: - Architect the Strategy: Define and evolve a multi-year global rewards philosophy that balances market competitiveness with SeatGeek’s unique culture - Partner with executives & the Board: Act as a key advisor to the CEO, CFO, and CHRO.
