Widener University Commonwealth Law School is currently seeking a Visiting Assistant Faculty Fellow in the Commonwealth Law School. Reporting to Dean & Professor of Law andré douglas pond cummings, this role will be a full-time teaching position teaching primarily Legal Methods and potentially other designated courses. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to): Essential duties: - Serve as an active member of the Widener Law Commonwealth faculty teaching two Legal Methods courses in the Fall semester and two Legal Methods courses in the Spring semester - Meet with students during regularly scheduled office hours to provide feedback and guidance on course material - Potentially develop and teach an additional course aside from Legal Methods in consultation with the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs based on expertise of the Faculty Fellow Secondary responsibilities: - Eligible for Summer Research Grant and may engage in scholarship drafting and presentation during the academic year - May be asked to serve on law school faculty committees - May be invited to serve as a faculty advisor to student organizations Required: Preferred: - J.D. degree from an ABA accredit...
