About This Role As a Validation Technician, you will serve as a vital link between design and reality. You will work closely with design and validation engineers to transform schematics into functional prototypes and ensure our products meet the highest standards of reliability. You will execute a variety of electrical immunity and compliance tests, ensuring that every component can withstand real-world stressors like ESD and power surges. This is a dynamic, hands-on position where your technical accuracy directly impacts the reliability and safety of the final product. Key Responsibilities: Execute validation and verification activities for systems, equipment, software, and processes in accordance with approved protocols and procedures Identify, document, and troubleshoot validation issues, deviations, and nonconformances and support root‑cause analysis and corrective actions Develop, build, and maintain test fixtures and supporting designs to enable validation activities and support design engineering efforts Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and test teams to support product releases and changes Ensure validation activities comply with internal quality standa...
