Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be involved in maintenance and semi-skilled technical work to ensure the effective operation and minor maintenance of heating and ventilation equipment and related systems in various Municipal buildings. You will perform a variety of building maintenance, repair and service duties. The work includes carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks. In addition, you will undertake limited construction and renovation projects according to prepared specifications and as directed.
