Job description

We are seeking dedicated Mental Health Technicians to join our team and support individuals receiving behavioral health treatment in an inpatient setting. Under close supervision, this role plays a key part in delivering both direct and indirect care to patients in need of behavioral health support. Position Overview: As a Mental Health Technician, you will help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment for patients. You will assist with therapeutic activities, promote wellness, and contribute to de-escalation efforts when needed. Your presence and behavior will serve as a positive example, offering guidance and encouragement to those in your care.
