ROLE PURPOSE: This position will provide outreach services to clients who are experiencing mental health issues, and/or developmental disability. Mobilize community resources to ensure that clients are provided with support and assistance, life skills assistance and information. STATUS AND CLASSIFICATION: Unionized. This position is open to applicants of all genders. HOURS: 35 HOURS PER WEEK; Tuesday – Saturday with rotation as follows: Tuesday: 9 AM – 5 PM Wednesday: 10 AM – 6 PM Thursday: 11 AM – 7 PM Friday: 11 AM – 7 PM Saturday: 12 NOON – 8 PM Please note: This is a temporary position until the return of the incumbent.
