The LX Product Manager will drive force in crafting and scaling an innovative suite of learning programs that bridge market needs and business ambitions. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the academy product portfolio, from research and strategy to launch and continuous improvement, fueling measurable impact for both learners and clients. What you will do: - Produce & Plan: Build and manage a portfolio of programs that align with market demand. You will search for experts, plan resources, and set tasks for the LX (Learning Experience) team. - Sales & Market Synergy: Support the sales team by analyzing client requests and helping with course customization to ensure high ROI. - Quality & Feedback: Monitor course quality (NPS, CSAT) and student feedback to prioritize refactoring and improvements. - Launch Management: Collaborate with Student Su...
