PATIENT EXPERIENCE - Patient Experience Partner Basic Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Customer Relations Manager, acts as the liaison between patients and the Hospital and will serve as the patient’s primary point of contact for all customer relations and administrative issues. The PCP ensures that patients receive the care they need and that they understand their medical condition, medications, and other instructions. Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum Work Experience: 2-4 years' experience working in a patient/customer relations role in a hospital or clinical setting. Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: ▪ Must be able to represent the Customer Relations Department. ▪ Ability to maintain confidentiality is crucial. ▪ Ability to be flexible with hours and to work under pressure. ▪ Excellent judgment needed.
