Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy. Employees | Value | Execution | Relationships JOB SUMMARY: As directed by the Foreman performs groundwork that is required to support crews involved with the installation, rearrangement, maintenance, operation, removal and inspection of outside overhead and underground telecommunication lines. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Must be Union eligible, must join Montana IBEW Local (under communication contract) prior to job offer. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Current Commercial Driver's License with valid medical exam card is required. - Current First Aid/CPR certification or willingness and ability to obtain. KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: - Works well in a group setting, able to follow directions when given. - May need to respond under stressful or urgent situations. - Awareness of all Safety regulations for Line Companies; knowledge of all Utility, N.E.S.C., DOT and OSHA Safety Rules.
