We’re seeking a Customer Banking Specialist to join our Narembeen Branch on a full time basis at one of our Multi Channel Branches! Rosters are predetermined. Please ensure you are available for the following roster before applying: Full time, 38 hours/week: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.51pm. What is a Multi-Channel Branch?: Tuesday and Thursday: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions. Monday, Wednesday and Friday: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment. Please note you will still be working in the branch office spaces during these shifts. Together we deliver a seamless banking experience for the future to our 10 million+ personal and small business customers.
