Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for an Operations Supervisor . The Cleveland Brothers Equipment Management Services team supports customers by coordinating planned maintenance, inspections, fluid analysis, and equipment monitoring services for Caterpillar and competitive equipment. We work closely with customers, sales teams, and internal support groups to help keep equipment maintained, reduce unplanned downtime, and improve overall fleet performance through proactive service planning and operational support. Job Summary: The Operations Supervisor for Power and Energy is responsible for leading and developing Equipment Management Services capabilities within the Power and Energy division. This role oversees day-to-day operations while also building and refining processes, systems, and relationships that support long-term service agreements, condition monitoring, and connected equipment solutions.
