STARTING RATE: $12.00 + Tips MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: 21 years old LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: S. Nevada Health District Food Handler Card and Alcohol Awareness Card. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing excellent banquet dining service to all guests. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 2 years of banquet or food service experience required. Must be capable of carrying 8 to10 meals on a tray (up to 50 pounds). Ability to understand and follow directions from the Manager. Requires good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment and interact with customers. Adhere to all departmental and company policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner. 2. Ensure that the food and beverage is served while maintaining a consistent presentation and proper temperature. 3. Assist in food, beverage, equipment, meeting supplies, china, glass, and silverware set up. Ensure proper handling and storing of all equipment. 4.
