In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting and securing exceptional talent in trading and quantitative research—disciplines that are critical to our continued success. As a strategic partner to the business, you will collaborate closely with leadership and global recruitment teams to craft and execute scalable, forward-thinking hiring strategies that align with our long-term vision—ensuring we consistently attract and secure top talent in the industry.
