The Role We're looking for an Analytics Engineer to partner closely with our marketing team and turn data into a strategic advantage. You'll collaborate with marketers to translate their goals into actionable data solutions and ensure tracking is accurate across the customer journey. You'll also build and maintain the data models and pipelines that power campaign targeting, measurement, and pioneer how we do experimentation in the MarTech space. You'll help shape how we understand our users by creating unified views and enabling segmentation and attribution. What You'll Do: - Data foundation and modelling - Develop, improve and apply a data warehouse modelling strategy for marketing-related data, including dimensional modelling and support contributors - Collaborate with product engineering teams to instrument the product, ensuring we are capturing the right data points required to run marketing campaigns and measure performance of said campaigns. - Maintain data models of our users combining various sources of data into a single unified and ready to be used view - Build or contribute to audience segmentation models to improve campaign performance - Model metrics used for tracking...
