The Senior Sales Estimator and Pre-construction position is responsible for filling the crew schedule by contracting profitable work. Building and maintaining relationships with new and established accounts. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Develop Fire Sprinkler estimate designs from architectural drawings and specifications. Prepare detailed cost estimates, proposals, preliminary system layouts, and related documentation. Read and interpret construction documents and perform supporting tasks such as downloading plans, organizing files, and completing Excel/Word forms.
