Position Overview : The Production Team Member is a valuable part of our production team, packaging the industry’s finest coffee. Thei r performance is critical in ensur ing production quotas are met in a timely fashion while first observing the highest standards of safety and quality. You will need to be reliable and punctual, be What You Will Do: Work cooperatively with the production t e am to ensure workplace safety and product quality while meeting production goals Complete packaging tasks such as case filling, box assembly, and pallet stacking Comply with all written Workplace Safety rules and other safety requirements and standards consistently Comply with all written food safety Good Manufacturing Practices and other requirements and standards consistently Report all safety and quality concerns to Leadership Work on a packaging line with consistent speed and accuracy Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality Perform assigned cleaning and sanitation tasks to ensure a clean and safe work area Perform assigned material management tasks to ensure an efficient, organized, and safe work area Use tools and equipment correctly and mainta...
