Senior Manager, Production Location: Milpitas, CA | Fully Onsite About the Role: We’re seeking a senior manufacturing leader to own and elevate production performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people. This role is fully onsite and highly visible, with end‑to‑end accountability for daily execution and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, regulated manufacturing environment. This is a hands‑on leadership position for someone who thrives on the floor, leads through data and accountability, and consistently delivers results through strong teams and disciplined execution.
