About the Role iCapital is seeking a strategic, hands-on, and results-driven Assistant Vice President or Vice President Program Manager to join the Product Operations team, directly supporting the Pre-Investment vertical. This role will lead the planning and execution of multiple complex, highly technical software development initiatives that are critical to firm-wide priorities. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of delivering enterprise-scale technology projects in financial services, thrives in a fast-paced environment managing concurrent workstreams, and operates as a true partner to Product and Engineering leadership. They are comfortable working with globally distributed teams, leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate execution, and stepping directly into problems to drive resolution independently and with urgency.
