Sampling Program Specialist Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume): Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Two (2) professional full-time years of related experience or an equivalent combination of relevant advanced higher education and professional experience. Advanced Excel experience (ie.pivot tables, formulas, etc). Experience reading and/or writing technical reports. A willingness to drive fairly long distances in New York State in large pickup trucks is required. Must have, keep and maintain the appropriate valid NYS Driver’s License; have a motor vehicle record which is free from major violations or a pattern of repeat violations.
