The Job: The CW Television Network is seeking an Executive Director, Product Management to join our Digital group. This is a unique opportunity to help lead the team responsible for the award-winning, multi-time App Store chart-topping CW app portfolio, at a pivotal point in The CW’s evolution. In this role you’ll be supporting CW’s ambitious growth strategy by overseeing the development lifecycle, including engineering, design, documentation, integrations, QA, and storefront publishing. You should bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in digital product management, preferably with a strong track record of consumer-facing AVOD app ownership. Ideal applicants will be insanely curious, self-driven, and able to turn strategic vision into delivered product. The Daily: Establish and maintain productive workstreams between stakeholders: Design/UX, Ad Sales/Operations, Research, Marketing, Product, and Digital Operations teams. Foster a data-driven approach to product decisioning, and build a feedback loop to empower Design, Marketing, and Merchandizing teams.
