SUMMARY: QTS Data Centers is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented People Services Project Manager to join our talent acquisition team. The People Services Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing a variety of talent acquisition projects, elevating recruitment branding strategies, and supporting recruitment program initiatives. This role requires strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with many stakeholders to achieve departmental goals.
