A brief overview The Executive Business Manager (EBM) is a Senior Manager–level role within the President's Office, responsible for enabling effective leadership governance, disciplined execution, and cross site alignment across Bachem Americas. The EBM acts as a trusted implementation partner to the President, ensuring leadership meetings and forums are decision focused and actions are clearly owned and implemented across the Executive Leadership. This role helps leaders focus on the highest value priorities, surfaces risks and misalignment, and ensures leadership intent translates into coordinated action. The role operates with high autonomy, sound judgment, and strict confidentiality. What you will do: - Partner with the President to prepare and run leadership meetings, forums, and key external engagements, ensuring decision‑focused agendas, clear outcomes, and effective follow‑up - Own leadership governance within the President’s Office, including decision logs, action tracking, ensuring decisions are documented, actions are tracked to closure, escalation paths are used when needed, and leadership meeting standards and cadence are applied consistently across sites. - Prepare an...
