Job Summary: Assists in serving as liaison between the Telephone Operators and the Truck Drivers ensuring a timely response to all donor requests for pick-ups; collects, prioritizes, logs, schedules, and distributes all pick-up tickets; monitors and tracks drivers progress in making all pickups as scheduled; assigns additional drivers to routes as needed; prepares up-to-date records and reports of pick-ups scheduled and donations received; serves as liaison to the donors to resolve pick-up problems and to express appreciation for donations. Assists in recording and tracking conditions of vehicles. Conducts radio check with all truck drivers to ensure they are on their routes as scheduled.
