Job description
Your mission: - Build, assemble, and wire electro-mechanical UAV subsystems including power, sensors, and control modules - Assemble and integrate UAV components such as wiring harnesses, connectors, batteries, and structural elements - Set up and improve lab-based assembly and small-batch production workflows - Build and maintain wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, and connector interfaces - Diagnose, repair, and rebuild UAVs after test flights or field missions; identify root causes and implement durable fixes - Test assembled systems and verify reliability under operational conditions - Create clear assembly, wiring, and repair documentation for production and maintenance - Train team members on hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and repair procedures - Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to ensure reliable system integration - Support field deployments when needed by performing hands-on diagnostics, repairs, and hardware improvements - Continuously improve robustness, maintainability, and reliability of UAV hardware Your profile: - Extensive hands-on experience working with mechanical and electro-mechanical systems (automotive, aerospace, robotics, or s...
