Description The Greenwood School of Music seeks a full-time Visiting Assistant Professor of Collaborative Piano. Teaching assignments will be made according to the School’s needs and the candidate’s expertise, with preference given to candidates illustrating significant experience in performing with instrumentalists and vocalists, and in coaching collaborations that include piano. The candidate would teach the two-semester Collaborative Piano course and Class Piano as needed. A portion of the assigned load will include collaborating with faculty, guest artist and student performers. The position may also include teaching secondary applied piano lessons and/or chamber music coaching. The candidate is expected to engage in service to the unit and their profession, to be productive as an artist/scholar, and to promote an inclusive workplace and learning environment. The University (25,000 students at its main campus in Stillwater) is located approximately 65 miles from Tulsa and Oklahoma City.
