The Role You Could Play We’re looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Payroll Officer to join our Support Centre team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in delivering a seamless, accurate and compliant payroll experience for every MECCA team member. Working within a high-performing Payroll team, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring team members are paid correctly and on time, every time. You’ll collaborate closely with People & Education and Finance, helping maintain data integrity and supporting a positive team member experience, while also contributing to continuous improvement as MECCA continues to grow. What You Will Be Doing: Deliver end-to-end fortnightly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness Manage payroll variations including terminations, leave calculations and adjustments Maintain payroll data integrity across systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance Respond to payroll queries, providing clear, timely and stakeholder-focused support Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements and testing initiatives Collaborate with People & Education and Finance teams to ensure accurate data flow and payroll outco...
