Overview: The Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction for services and integrations within the customer domain, ensuring third-party platforms and internal systems work seamlessly together to support the customer journey. You will translate business needs into robust technical solutions, champion engineering standards, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across integrations, front-end initiatives, and platform performance. You will work hands-on alongside engineers, architects, and product teams to provide technical leadership, manage the impact of change, and ensure our solutions are secure, resilient, and aligned to our overall technology strategy.
