You will be responsible for responding to clients’ plumbing/HVAC/electrical job orders.To be an effective handyman, you will be skilled and hard-working, with outstanding problem-solving abilities. Skillful hands, good physical stamina, and strong technical knowledge are important parts of the successful candidates’ talents. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing backgrounds and minor carpentry are a must. Job can be either Full time or Part time. Job Responsibilities: - Respond to clients’ job orders maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. - Repair and service plumbing. - HVAC inspection and cleaning. - Electrical and safety systems repairs and inspections. - Maintain the cleanliness of company vehicle/company tools/company equipment. - Help oversee company premises for cleanliness and any needed repairs. - Providing our customers with top notch care and customer service.
