Description The Johns Hopkins University School of Education invites applications for a Lecturer position in the Teaching Well Program, for an appointment starting on July 1, 2026. The Johns Hopkins University School of Education invites applications for a full-time Lecturer who will also serve as Program Director for the Teaching Well (TW) Program. The Lecturer and Program Director reports to the Department Chair and is responsible for providing vision, leadership, and oversight for all aspects of the Teaching Well Program, including curriculum development, adjunct faculty management, accreditation activities, student recruitment and admissions, student support, partnership cultivation, assessment, budget oversight, and external engagement initiatives aligned with the mission of the School of Education and JHU. The position works collaboratively with faculty, staff, Baltimore City Public Schools, Enrollment Management Services, Student Affairs, Marketing and Communications, Academic Affairs, and external stakeholders to ensure program quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
