STR is hiring a Lead Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) in our Woburn, MA office to work across a broad portfolio of DoD mission areas. The Systems Engineer should have experience architecting systems, working across the Systems Engineering Lifecycle, a deep understanding of Systems Engineering principles, reverse engineering techniques, and the ability to work with complex software systems and the utilization of Digital Engineering/MBSE to accomplish program goals. The candidate will support STR’s Systems Development Division to achieve architectural integrity and traceability from requirements analysis through system and software development and production system deployment. This position offers the opportunity to work with leading domain experts developing solutions to solve the most challenging national security problems. Our teams consist of motivated individuals with degrees in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, and data science.
