TITLE: Electric/Instrumentation Technician A POSITION OBJECTIVE: Monitor and assess control systems and carry out repairs under intense pressure to ensure there is no halt in the production process. Configure, program, maintain, and trouble shoot electrical control systems and/or components to required specifications. QUALIFICATIONS: - Oral and written English language literate. - Good communication skills. - High school graduate or GED equivalent. - Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming (Siemens, Rockwell etc.) - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - 3-5 years’ experience in an industrial setting. - Understanding of instrumentation, control systems, PLCs, and low voltage electrical systems. - Basic Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and chemical systems and their interface with system controls and instrumentation. - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. - Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
