Job Description Job Description: The Asset Protection Analyst reports directly to the Manager of Asset Protection Analytics and supports a diverse team of Asset Protection and Retail professionals. This role plays a critical part in helping the company achieve best‑in‑class performance across Sales, Gross Margin, and Operating Income. The Analyst contributes to department goals related to Inventory Excellence, Inventory Shrink & Accuracy, and Defects & Returns. The Asset Protection Analyst will participate in solution‑oriented projects, turning insights into actionable strategies and tactics. Success in this role requires strong data analysis, trend identification, and the creation of meaningful exception reporting, presentations, and KPI monitoring. The Analyst will also be encouraged to develop skills that support long‑term growth within the Asset Protection organization.
